Join me at Yoga Riffic in Mono for a weekly slow flow class of grounded, intentional movement with a special focus on stress reduction. This class will leave you feeling nourished, balanced and more at ease in body & mind. Through the use of props and trauma informed care, my class always strives to be inclusive and welcoming for all.
I was brought to yoga & meditation through my own journey with anxiety. I became a certified yoga and meditation teacher but continued my education with further certifications in trauma and yoga and meditation for traumatic brain injury. Since 2014, I have taught within my community at studios, one on one with clients in their homes and offered retreats and special events.
Breathwork refers to the different techniques and practices used to consciously control and regulate one's breathing patterns. These techniques are curated to support mental health, stress reduction, energy clearing, emotional well-being and so much more. Breathwork is gently woven into all of the offerings but can be added on to any service you see listed.
1:1 breathwork sessions are available for $120.
